• USD: No submission or publication fee.
• Covers: editorial management, peer-review admin, copyediting, typesetting, hosting, indexing (Crossref), archiving.

Copyright & License:

• Authors retain copyright. © The Author(s) upon publication.
• Open Access under CC BY 4.0 (use, share, adapt, distribute, reproduce with credit).
• License: https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/
• Third-party content must be labeled; additional permissions may be required.

Required On-Article Declarations:

• On landing page and PDF: “© The Author(s) [year]. Open Access: CC BY 4.0.” + license link.
• Include a brief reuse statement, funding, and competing-interest disclosures.

Author Agreement & Submission:

• Authors agree to CC BY 4.0 terms and confirm rights to license all content.
• Any use of generative AI must be disclosed; authors remain fully responsible for the integrity and accuracy of their work.

Metadata, Indexing & Archiving:

• The Crossref deposit includes a <license_ref> that points to the CC BY 4.0 URL.
• OJS Rights field: “© The Author(s). Licensed under CC BY 4.0 (https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/).”
• Enable long-term archiving (LOCKSS/PKP PN) and state this on the site.
